The book of Deuteronomy is the 5th book of the Torah. In this book, Moses is doing more of a review of the events had happened in Exodus of the first generation of Israel to the new generation who were about to enter the promised land. One of the key notes of the book is call to the people to respond to God's laws in obedience and commitment in love. The book offers us the opportunity to experience God's assurance of faithfulness when we live in obedience and commitment to Him.
