Yes I was bashed and threatened and warned and charged with false charges but the magistrate mitigated all charges to nothing at the end of last year. He also made a strange claim in the court. He said: "I may not agree with your political stand and the Police may not comprehend such a political stand but if this court denied me that political right, this court would find itself in grave danger"

the Magistrate also said words to this effect: It takes one with courage to stand against government oppression and poor conduct of police but only we can make that stand, he as a Magistrate is only the umpire in the game and has no directive power apart from the statute set out and in my case, no statute was breached, even though I had no political joinder to them.

He also said that free speech must be maintained by the courts, and that in my case, the massive backlash against police in relation to posts that I shared on facebook, could well have been a backlash against the conduct of the police themselves and not any cause by what I did apart from share such posts. I made no derogatory statement against such police and the fact that no arrest warrants existed and the fact that search warrants were not signed by any lawful means and the fact that the Queensland Justice Department had a false ABN, and Police were non organisations, (Private Commercial for profit entity) did not give the police the right to silence me through death threats and violence in relation to such research.

So even though I have been warned, I have received no compensation for the horror that Queensland Police put my children and myself through for the last seven years so I still have a duty to go to the public because Police and the Government and the Court didn't do anything to date in order to compensate for such damage caused.

In the beginning, I went to the Federal Police and the State Police with concerns that the Government may be committing some form of grammatical fraud and that is what caused such a backlash from Police and Government and even lawyers but not so much from the Magistrates. While this court matter was going on, I had to stop all publishing of the things I found but after the court case, the Magistrate only asked me to be less effective but claimed that he had no right to stop me from expressing a political view or even stop the research I was doing in relation to what I assume could be criminal conduct by such corporate governments governing the people of Australia...

The fault is really with us, the people because we are the ones that don't understand the system and the police have become too used to dealing with Private Citizens, and when they encounter with a National Citizen, it leaves them in a situation that they are not used to and have not been trained for and they overreact causing damage for the State. The Magistrates have to try and mop up the mess but they do understand how the system works..."

I notice other things about David that were strange like writing a name like this: "John-Paul: Smith" and this translates to: "Johnpaul: Smith" A hyphen joins the English words together into one word! destroying the "given" Christian name that may appear as two words. The hyphen in English text joins two words together into one word! where-as a "name" can consist of many words... the "Attorney-General" of Australia has also been destroyed grammatically because Attorney General, should not have the hyphen when written in English Text. It translates to: "Attorneygeneral" when the hyphen is between the words appearing in English text.... He (D.W.M) also appears dressed in black, he also claims to have inside knowledge of the Masons, and that does not make sense. I am from a Masonic family and both my mother and father never uttered a word of the words that were secret. I know of no Mason that would ever utter anything about such a cult because its a death oath if you do....My father never said a word of what went on in the temple...
