In this episode, I discuss United States politics after the Great Depression of the 1930s. I discuss how socialist policies were instrumental in overcoming the capitalist disaster of '30s. I analyze how Roosevelt and Truman sold socialist policies to conservative capitalist through the guise of 'helping the free market'.
