One of my former clients, Sarah, joins me for today’s episode about how she healed from stress and anxiety around food, to finding food freedom while also lowering her A1c.

Sarah first shares her personal PCOS story and how she has disconnected health from the number on the scale. After seeing a reel on social media of a physician speaking out about patients who decline to have their weight taken, Sarah shares her feelings about this being shared on a public forum, how it may affect individuals withPCOS and/or anxiety around their weight. We then talk about when doctors do and don’t need your weight, and the importance of finding a healthcare team that you are able to work in collaboration with.
