Not even an out of body experience such as astro projection can save you from the nightmares. With so many encounters in the world it is hard to debate that such paranormal experiences aren't real. Though some phenomena can be explained away by good ol' science, others tend to attach a bit harder to our reasoning by paranormal/ spiritual understandings.
