Online teachers and teaching business owners are very used to a trade-your-time-for-money model to earn. I very commonly see teachers who desire to go solo start tutoring businesses where they teach for an hour and then are paid for that hour, which is great.
However, the next problem they tend to face is burnout from the teaching treadmill and they feel trapped in a cage income wise. They hit a glass ceiling.
