CW: Drugs and Kidnapping

Between 1979 and 1989 there were only 8 missing children in New York City under the age of 10 whose whereabouts remain unknown, one of whom is a 2-year-old boy from Harlem named Christopher Dansby. Christopher's disappearance seemed to be a rare anomaly, until another 2-year-old boy....living in the same apartment complex...disappeared from the exact same playground only a few months later. The bizarre disappearances of Christopher Dansby and Shane Walker remain a mystery today and police are still holding out hope that they're still alive.

If you or anyone you know may have been adopted around 1989 and fit the description of either of these boys ( now about 35 years old ) you are encouraged to contact the New York City Police Department Missing Persons Unit at (212) 694-7781. Christopher Dansby has a birthmark shaped like a figure-eight on his neck and Shane Walker has a small scar under his chin and a birthmark on the back of his right shoulder that looks like a liver.
