The Poughkeepsie Serial Killer or The "Stinky" Killer, Kendall Francois killed 8 women, possibly more in the late '90s. Often targeting sex workers, he was able to fly under law enforcement's radar for far too long, and even after they caught up with him, he would go on to kill several more.
