Shawn has proven that with dedication and perseverance, he reaches his 20,000 step goal DAILY since lockdown. Not every day is a "walk in the park" however. There have been times where the task seems impossible but nevertheless he pushes forward and completes his daily goal. Other than physical maintenance, it has positively impacted his mental health and as a result, keeps him goal driven in other areas of his life.
