Performance

People who are mentally tough tend to

be more effective in work quality and volume. This
can often be seen in education,
where there’s a strong, translucent
association between performance and mental toughness with tests. According to
the studies, there is a 25 percent difference in a person’s exam performance if
they are mentally tough.

And, the patterned is echoed in the

workplace, regardless of the job.

When combined, these patterns of mental

toughness can be seen in the measured
performance of organizations and groups. It would be safe to assume that mental
toughness is a cultural issue, as well as an organizational one.

Conduct

The higher a person’s mental toughness is, the higher the likelihood of them establishing positive behavior.  With mental toughness, they strive their life with an “I can do it” attitude and they partake in various activities such as topic engagement, volunteering, asking questions, etc.  A person with mental toughness is often more likely to take part in the changes they’re exposed to, accept more responsibilities and see more positives than negatives.

    points to the instance where skills and qualifications with no emotional
    resilience don’t offer any results.
