i’ve had Tik Tok since late 2019 probably like everybody else. i’ve enjoyed the trends and the fun of it, but a year ago i got really sick of it due to all the drama and negativity on the app. i would feel drained after scrolling on that app for too long, so a month and a half ago i made the decision to delete the app off my phone as a whole and it’s the best decision for my mental health i’ve made. at first i was a little apprehensive on deleting the app due to FOMO, but i got myself out of that mindset. in this episode i share with you all how i got to this point of hating Tik Tok, everything wrong with it, and how it’s been better for me all around. love you
