Raise your hand if you ever looked in the mirror and criticized how you looked? I imagine you are all raising your hands.  Now I am not perfect but when I found that wearing a LONG ELSA braid was my path into self-love, I have not gone many days without it! I fell in love with myself when I change my definition of beauty. When I appreciated the stories our bodies go through as women. It took me being able to put my hair in a braid to truly love the gifts my body has given me. So what is your braid?
