In this episode I get super super vulnerable and share the mind hacks to be able to free myself from my childhood trauma. I go into how I had to do a deep dive into the shadow work to be able to analyze and accept the moments from my childhood that really hurt me and were holding me back. Being able to free myself through shadow work has freed me from limiting beliefs and helped me embrace relationships that used to scare me and business and money mindsets. 

I can confidently say that if I didn’t do these types of shadow work to be able to work through these mind blocks I wouldn’t have been able to have such healthy relationships and a strong business.
