  • 300,000 deaths per year happen because of adverse effects of medications.
  • 75-90% of hospital visits are causes of Chronic and long-term stress. 
  • 80% of antidepressant medications could have been replaced with the placebo effect and received the exact same results. 
  • Exercise is 1.5x more effective than the leading medication for anxiety and depression.

British Medical Journal reports the sugar industry not only paid for but also initiated and influenced research to exonerate sugar as a major risk factor for coronary heart disease.
