Hello everyone, in this episode I discuss the reason behind changing my podcast name and expand on the meaning of my new podcast "Lucid with Busi".

My previous name "Blessed to live loved" was based on a concept in Lysa TerKeurst's book titled uninvited: living loved when you feel less than, left out and lonely.

I also make a mention of a quote in Maya Angelou's I know why the caged bird sings, where her grandmother says "When you get give, when you learn teach"
