  • Selfies are not their real-life self - they are their filtered selves -  You could be whoever you want to be online.
  • Many people never understood that they could be anything that they wanted to be
  • Everyone knows you like your name - almost impossible to change your name after the fact - too many people just know you as that.
  • You are your online persona.
  • We talk porn star names.
  • Businesses will need to learn triage - they will need to look at their customers and focus on those good customers - those will be the hardest to get back in - which to establish first - daily regulars
  • How will small businesses solve coming back from the Coronavirus - they ill need to start from ground zero - we don't know who will be able to come back
