We have been going through a six-part series on the six wins of a small group leader. On this episode, we'll be looking at the sixth win of a small group leader, the grit to keep going.

We will be talking to Alex Rodriguez, the National Director for Chi Alpha, and then we will get to talk to Steve Pavek, the district director for Chi Alpha in Alaska and campus pastor at the University of Alaska Anchorage. We will hear about how the Lord has developed grit in him through multiple seasons of ministry and about how it’s healthy for us to do challenging things with the Lord.
