Welcome back to the People's Guild as we pull the bus into New York state for this one to sit down with yet another veteran of Steem, Hive and Splinterlands.

Our guest comes from humble beginnings, beginning his Hive journey as a modest blogger on Steemit who managed to stumble into a collection of NFTs of the Alpha variety with zero utility. He quickly moved into becoming a major advocate for the company, the game and its community, volunteering his services to help bring folks into our ecosystem and support their journey throughout. Much later, his efforts would lead to his receiving an invitation to formally join the Steemonsters team as part of the support department.

Royal gets things started running us through what customer support means to him, to his team and to the greater Splinterlands ecosystem. We then hear the high level story of our guest's journey from Steem blogger to player to Customer Support manager on team SPL - and beyond!
