Welcome back to the Deeper Knowing series. I created this because when we embrace our emotions, we are increasing what we allow ourselves to experience. We learn more about ourselves, see how much more we are capable of holding and therefore have more capacity to be there in a bigger way for others. We cannot be destroyed by our emotions.
