If you want people to take you seriously - you MUST have skin in the game. If you are hoping to get a loan, make any money, or live a better life without spending or investing any money on yourself or into investments, you are very wrong. All the guru's who preach "No Money Down" are telling you half truths, where that us technically the end result, there was money involved from personal accounts at some point or another. Do not expect people to take you seriously if you don't have any skin in the game and face to the fire!
