From 6 years in the Nursing Industry, as well as starting a YouTube career in conjunction with this AND now creating her own business - Grace's chat encapsulates the modern generation, with more and more individuals willing to switch up their career trajectory. This sort of story lights me up. It validates the idea of being able to recalibrate, despite being so 'deep' into your career - something that shouldn't be a narrative in the first place. Grace shows that hard work, persistence and determination truly shine when faced with adversity and even the challenging task of breaking down this narrative that we have embodied as a society.
