  1. Focus on you. Put yourself first...emotionally and physically.  Especially for new Moms. Rest when your babies are resting. It’s not just a cliche. 
  2. If you can’t breast feed, it is okay. You are not a bad mom. Don’t accept other people’s guilt. 
  3. Don’t rush to have children

WALK AWAY ASKING YOURSELF

  • Am I resting when my children or spouse are resting?
  • What is my mental health in balance or do I need to get checked out?
  • Am I prioritizing myself and my relationship? What does that look like?
