Prior to this, Kareem worked at Substance Global where he led business growth strategy helping the company to communicate its value proposition to clients. In this role, Kareem led the agency's team during high stake pitches, capability presentations & meetings for clients including Netflix, 20th Century Fox and Warner Bros. Television.

Kareem began his career as a voiceover artist, where he launched commercial campaigns for clients including AT&T, CNN, Sony Pictures Television, Comedy Central, ESPN, Mercedes-Benz, and Redbull Media House, to name a few.
