This year has been quite a rollercoaster, and I'm excited to share some of my top wins and reflections with you.

Many of you know that I became a new mom this year. These last 8 months have been a slow progression of processing and healing, as this experience has been probably the most challenging thing I’ve ever been through. AND I’m proud to call this shift into motherhood my top win of the year!

I speak from a super vulnerable place here as I share my experience with pregnancy and childbirth, and I include some powerful insights from this huge life transition.

I also mention some other wins and nuggets from the year that I hope resonate with all of you!

As we step into the new year, I encourage you to spend some time reflecting, connecting with your heart, and giving yourself credit for how you’ve shown up.
