Dr. Joseph Richardson came from the projects of Chicago to an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy, where he was the fourth African American in the history of the US Air Force to become the number one ranked cadet at the US Air Force Academy.  He has 3,500 hundred flight hours under his belt including combat tours over Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq and had attained the rank of Lt Colonel when he retired from the Air Force.  He has two Masters degrees and a PhD.  Dr. Richardson tells his incredible story and you will be inspired by his faith and spiritual journey.   Joe has suffered many hardships in his life and had to overcome obstacles and mountains in his path.  Joe will also give good advice to people looking for success and even give ideas about how to bring our very divided country together.
