• Stephanie's talks about her favourite part of the Parenting Membership being the Sunday Circle because of the community, being a single parent this part of the membership is a really important part for her and helps her feel supported. She talks about leaving these sessions feeling capable and supported.

• Stephanie talks about how she feels she can talk independently in the group and with no judgement, just support from the other members.

• Lynne talks about her love of Therese’s Podcasts and that she feels like they are like mini masterclasses and finds them really beneficial.

• Stephanie and Tess talk about a situation that she is dealing with at the moment and they talk about how she can tackle it to help the communication between her and her son .

• They discuss what has worked and what hasn’t worked for them within their families when finding moments to communicate with their tween and teen sons. They talk about the small moments that you can find within your day to day life to build bridges within their relationship.

• Tess talks about the importance of giving them space even if they don’t talk back but when things come up they know this space is there and they will hopefully then come to you when they have a problem that they need to discuss. It is all about building trust.

• They discuss their hopes and intentions for the next year with their families.
• 
  
• Lynne is most grateful for her health and her kids and husband are healthy. She appreciates that she can live and do what she wants.
• 
  
• Stephanie is most grateful for having the opportunity over the last few months to reset herself and take care of herself which then has allowed to help everyone else so much better.
