Hello and welcome back to the Unleashed Podcast, I am your host, Kristina Sjolund. Today I've decided that I'm going to do a three-part series on leadership, because I feel like whether it be in a brick and mortar store in corporate America where maybe you're in management and looking to move up, or you're in network marketing or an online business where you are building an organization or a team, one thing that we lack, you can find courses, books, you name it, you can find any kind of training on sales, how to sell anything, but there's not a whole lot on leadership. I found over the last few years, I have struggled with what to do, how do I lead? How do I lead a group of people? Because my organization had been built to a degree that I never expected, so I needed to step up and be a leader, so I couldn't find any courses or training that really clicked with me as far as leadership went and since this comes up over and over, and I always want to help people grow, and if something has helped me grow into my leadership... I'm going to share it with you.
