Happy New Year! May 2026 bring you closer to Christ, our Redeemer!

In our passage from John 1, Jesus asks two disciples a thought-provoking question: "What do you want?"

So, what do YOU want from this coming year?

Do you have any expectations or dreams? Things you'd like to see happen? This is more important than we often realize. We need to pray about the direction God wants to lead us. We are called not to simply 'go with the flow' but to be intentional with our lives and the time we have on earth.

Perhaps God is prompting you to focus on your health so you can better serve others, or encouraging you to live out the fruit of the Spirit so others are drawn to Jesus through your attitude. The list can be long, but my advice is to earmark one, no more than two things in response to the question: what do you want?

This aligns well with our 2026 theme: 'Come, and see.'
