It’s Leap Day and everyone but Liz is in the holiday spirit. Liz and Jenna end up in a slut off, Tracy tries to find a Leap Day miracle at Benihana, Kenneth has to show Jack the true meaning of the holiday, and in the background Jim Carrey and Andie MacDowell play out the Hollywood version of the holiday.
