This week we are joined by Claire Ryan @under5degrees, “Ireland’s coldest free diver” and most extreme ice miler.

She tells us how she went from being a social dipper only getting into swimming 7 years ago to the extreme swimmer she is today.

We talk a little bit about the endorphin rush she gets from cold water and how there is a place for everyone in swimming and it is safe to say Claire has absolutely found hers!
