Chameleons are the ultimate in managing change.  They change colour to attract mates, to regulate body temperature, to hide or to warn intruders to stay away.  But humans are typically not so good at adapting to change. Whether it relates to our health, work, family or anything else, change can be difficult. Sometimes, we direct ourselves towards change. Whether we’re looking to make drastic changes to our life - our jobs, our relationships or maybe just thinking about redecorating by changing the colour of paint in the lounge or by perhaps adding some funky new wallpaper; for some of us, change of any kind can be a little daunting. Even though we know that change is inevitable and that it can be a hugely positive thing, we are, by nature, creatures of habit, so it can take a little prodding to get us to make changes.  And sometimes change comes from an external source – a change in personnel at work, relocation to a new area, a bereavement, health issue or perhaps a positive longed-for life event like the birth of a baby, a wedding or moving to a dream home.
