It started as a tropical retreat designed for women lacking contentment in their own lives, focused on pampering, adventure activities, and a unique volunteer day. When the waitlist for the retreat opened, within an hour, 44 speakers from around the world applied to co-facilitate, and 120 had signed up for only 12 spots and has since taken on a life of it’s own.
