Ella Pike is a breathwork facilitator under the name of "The Breath Boss". With her upbringing made difficult, she dropped out of school - bringing forward many questions around her future. Ella found herself resorting to unhealthy habits, and eventually, life was headed to somewhere destructive. Fortunately, a friend of hers introduced herself to breathwork, with the phenomenon changing her life for the better.
