Regret. Most of us have felt this feeling at some stage in our lives.
How often do you experience regret and is it serving you? This week Chris takes a look at the concept of regret. Many of us place pressure on ourselves to get things "right" which implies there is a "wrong" way of doing things.
Chris suggests shifting our language from being around 'right or wrong' and replacing it with a focus on whether we are 'in or out of alignment'.
