Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast!
In this episode I share about my experience recently where I've been going into the "void", the emptiness and nothingness that comes along with transitioning into a new phase and stage of life.
I hope this conversation reminds you that every season of life serves a purpose, and there is so much value to be found in each stage and phase of life, even if we can't see it while we're in it.
Letting go of who we are, who we think we are and who we were in the past can be really painful and difficult. Our minds love certainty, they love 'knowing' things and this includes the identities that we hold onto and the roles we play.
But sometimes it's necessary to let go of our attachment to these things in order to make space for something new to emerge.
I appreciate so much that I can be open and vulnerable about where I'm at in this current season of life, and I hope this helps you to feel a little less alone if you find yourself in a similar place too. Thank you so much for being here and being you.
