Standing Still is BACK! After a few weeks off due contracting covid, I sit down to break down my complete covid experience. I break down the restructuring of how I'm attacking life, and how that was beginning to build steam before getting covid. I give the straight facts of how covid effected my health, and also lean into what I learned from contracting such a divisive virus. I get into the thought of a thriving community and how divisiveness has handicapped the individual. Feels good to be back. Thank you to all that support the show!
