Today we are talking health, nutrition, and fitness habits. As well as my own journey to where I am now. I am not saying my way is the only way to find a balance between nutrition and fitness, but I wanted to share my story and lessons I have learned to help you along your own journey.
If there is one thing I have learned in this life is that things are always shifting, I am always learning and growing and sometimes making not-so-great decisions. BUT every single one of those decisions and phases of discomfort truly brought me so much knowledge that I use every single day. I hope that you are able to listen to this episode and have it inspire you to keep moving forward with all of your goals because that is how you make them happen. Not by standing still paralyzed by shame, or fear, or guilt, or anything else. You get to where you want to be by never giving up, no matter how hard it feels my friend.
