On today’s episode of Who Is with Ross Oteri, Quyen Schroeder (they/she) talks to Ross Oteri (he/him) about the ongoing UBC AMS (Alma Mater Society) elections. Quyen, the AMS opinion columnist for UBC’s newspaper, The Ubyssey, provides Ross with insight into the paper's operations and the endorsements it has made in the elections. Quyen elaborates on why they have endorsed and “anti-endorsed” specific candidates for the various positions. They also explain the roles of the different positions to educate the UBC student body about their representatives. Quyen gives us a candle they made for us, and makes fun of Ross and Maydha in a striking turn of events.
