Libby Hinsley, DPT, C-IAYT and author of her new book Yoga For Bendy People, shares with Shira how yoga was so easy for her because she was hypermobile.

We talk about all the different styles of yoga and finding the right style for your body's needs, abilities or goals, which change as we age or realise what exacerbates or relieves our issues. 

Libby shares how hypermobility can be the underlying cause to reproductive, nerve and digestive health issues as well as anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and autoimmune issues, through collagen.
