Our special guest on Rising Tide Startups this week is Rob Loughan.  Rob is the CEO of Ferret and chairman of Flawless Photonics. He previously co-founded Octane Software and served as its senior vice president before he started as the CEO of Conductiv Software. He also co-founded Sagus Capital Partners.   Rob also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the State University of New York.
