Humid day with only an a few showers
• Temperatures will stay near average the next few days with low 90s in the afternoons and low 70s at night.
• Dry morning commute
• Highs today in the mid to upper 80s at the coast and lower to mid 90s inland
• Isolated coverage of inland showers/storms expected this afternoon
• Rain chances continue to trend downward for the remainder of the week.
• Father’s Day weekend looks hot and mostly dry.
• Temperatures rise Saturday into the mid-90s for northeast Florida, and middle to upper 90s/100 for southeast Georgia.
• Onshore winds continue through the weekend keeping a moderate risk of rip currents at the beaches.
TROPICS: Two areas are being watched for development: one offshore the southeast US and one in the southern Gulf of Mexico. Neither pose a threat to us, but we will see continued onshore winds into next week keeping a moderate risk of rip currents in place. The first name will be "Alberto."
