Great question. It is a matter of being comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Comfort Zone. This I where you are relaxed, and content.
Fear Zone. In this zone, your thoughts are on failure and the consequences of thinking you are not enough
Learning Zone. Your eyes are opened because you silenced the voices in your head trying to keep you “safe”
Growth Zone. This is where you feel up. You have overcome the haters in your head and now your possibilities are limitless.
