On this episode of Le Run Down I had an entertaining talk with Elite Marathoner and 50K track World Record Holder, CJ Albertson.

He grew up with a competitive nature and a desire to win at everything he did, not just in sports. That spirit definitely carried through into his pro marathon career.

We spoke about CJ's incredible showing at the U.S trials, his experience at the marathon project and how his training regiment might be a little crazier than most. He's one of the most promising marathoners in the sport, so don't be surprised if you see his name atop the leader-board in the near future.
