Rampage, the latest giant action movie with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, is based on a video game but we feel it falls into a much more important genre: The Disaster Movie.   The disaster movie was a huge and surprising success in the 1970s, made a resurgence throughout the 90s and now we’re excited that they seem to be making a bit of a comeback.  In this episode, we’re going to give you a bit of a history lesson of the disaster movie, list some of our favorites, and and try and figure out what makes them so popular.
