Trauma is not something we always talk about. Today we share stories and wisdom around traumatic experiences being in a spiritual environment, i.e. growing up in a spiritual household, attending a spiritual gathering or other situations, and experiencing trauma as the result of this, and also hear the other side of the story about how balanced spirituality can heal trauma. I believe it is important to discuss both sides of the story.
