Stefanie Lethbridge and Chelsea Rolph are the founders of Easy Virtual Assistant. They are an online business management agency that specializes in marketing, social media management, event planning, and creative design. Their goal is to help businesses grow by increasing brand awareness, customers, and revenue.

Stefanie and Chelsea have both overcome challenges that have brought them to where they are now. Chelsea has had many concussions that impacted her everyday life. Doctors and guidance counselor recommended her not to go to University or do a very reduced workload until she was fully recovered. Despite being told this, she continued to take on a full course load and graduated with the rest of her class. In 2016, Stefanie’s son Scott passed away and was told by fertility specialists that she would not be able to have kids naturally, but proved everyone wrong when she delivered a healthy baby girl. Despite these struggles that they both had, they both worked hard to achieve their dreams.

Stefanie and Chelsea love encouraging others to do what makes them happy and to never give up on their goals. They built their business around helping other people succeed, which is how Easy Virtual Assistant was created. In the first week, they got their first client and within 2 months they were able to grow their business to the point where they were able to quit their full-time corporate jobs. Since this, they have been enjoying connecting with so many amazing people and working with both established businesses and businesses that are just in the beginning stages!!
