In this episode I share with you the valuable insights and lessons I learned that led to me hiring the first member of my team.   I share the tools I have learned and now executed around stepping into the role of “boss” - how I thought I should do it (insert 1980’s cliche of “boss” here) and then after you’ve finished cringing at that idea, how the “radical” approach I learned of relinquishing control of your business and allowing your team to blossom and bloom.   I round off by sharing how I have implemented another lesson I was taught which is to hire before you can “afford” to. I did it, and it totally worked.
