And there are five levels of leadership, they go in this order, positional leadership, which is the very entry level of leadership, level two is permissional leadership. that's where you're building relationships, and people follow you because they want to. The level three of leadership is production, which is based on results, people follow you because of what you've done for the team or the organization.
