Lisanne is an award-winning mediator who specialises in family and workplace mediation. Lisanne is also a trainer in conflict resolution and believes that ‘when people become great at conflict resolution and negotiation they have more peace of mind, better relationships and are more happy at work and in their private life’.

Lisanne has a decade of experience in Dispute Resolution and Mediation, and has assisted hundreds of clients through the mediation process. Most recently, she won the award for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner of the Year at the Australian ADR Awards and was a finalist nominated for Australian Mediator of the Year in 2019 and 2020 at the Australasian Law Awards.

In addition, Lisanne runs a podcast titled podcast: Conversations to Cut the Conflict in 2020, so everyone has access to her conflict resolution and negotiation training. She also provides executive coaching and group coaching in leadership, mediation and negotiation skills at government departments, for corporate clients, and I hold lecturing positions at Murdoch University and the College of Law.
