Substantial gains today for all 3 indexes, with the Spy and QQQ setting new all time highs led by the Financial, Energy and Tech sectors.

Big news of the day comes out of DC, where a bipartisan committee has come to terms on an agreement to move forward with President Biden's infrastructure plan. Total cost is agreed to be around $600 Billion and will focus on items such as power grids, public transportation, electric vehicle charging stations, high speed internet in rural areas, and replacing lead water pipes.

Bitcoin crosses above 35k and holds out right below there to end the day, good sign but still looking for that cross over the $40k mark to show true strength.
